Self-confidence means that children believe in their own abilities and capabilities. Due to this, self-confident children are more likely to challenge themselves in a learning environment.

Being respectful of others and their values and beliefs can ensure that they develop positive relationships with their family, friends, and those in their communities throughout their life.

The skills learned from team building are important parts of personal and group development in children. During team building activities, children have the chance to communicate with each other and work towards a common goal.
